Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include: Acquisition of new accounts, retention of existing accounts Campaign management: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status report Coordinate sales efforts with VP of Business Development and local branch operations Keep abreast of best practices and client trends Continuously improve through feedback
