KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Including but not limited to:
Relationship Building: Developing new relationships with a wide array of referral sources and establishing Town Square as a trusted expert in the senior care space; Nurture existing relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of Town Square services, benefits, and mission; Observe activities, talk to members, and work with team members to be aware of current programming features, programs, and events taking place in the center.
Tours & Presentations: Conduct center tours and presentations to families and key referral sources, highlighting the benefits and features of our unique approach to adult day; Arrange presentations of Town Square services at staff meetings in hospitals, doctors’ offices, and all local referral sources, including family support groups and associations.
Member Enrollment: Engage with families and prospective members to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process; Listen to potential members and their families to understand their needs and convey the value of our service effectively; Effectively close the sale to enroll member in Town Square.
Event Management: Develop, coordinate, and host in-house events with community partners; Represent the center at industry and community networking events and fairs; develop a monthly/annual event calendar to establish Town Square as a presence in the community.
Maintain Contact: Maintain regular follow-up with potential members and their families to address concerns, provide additional information, and facilitate their enrollment.
Collaboration: Work closely with center team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients from inquiry to enrollment; Regularly check in on existing members and their families to make sure their needs are being met and they are enjoying their Town Square experience.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about trends in senior care and the needs of seniors in the community to develop tailored solutions; Regularly attend trade shows and networking events to stay connected with industry topics and contacts.
Sales Metrics: Achieve and exceed enrollment targets, contributing to the growth of the center; Meet weekly with the Center Director regarding weekly sales activity, forecasting, and established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Marketing Efforts: Assist with coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, and networking, as well as develop new methods of marketing; Maintain and manage center social media pages, leveraging digital marketing to provide visibility to services and benefits (includes daily posts, monthly promos, etc.)
Time Management: Effectively manage time, especially when marketing out of the office; Manage and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) software.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· A minimum of three years direct programming experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage and drive efficient processes
· A minimum of three years of management experience
