May administer or negotiate new business proposals and prepare contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. We are searching for a Business Analyst - Kronos to independently perform business analysis, programming functions, and provide end user support for the Kronos application. This is a techno-functional analyst position, which requires strong functional-analytical skills. Carry out various duties in support of Kronos system and end users including but not limited to; performing analysis and documentation of workflow; assessment of system needs and requirements including planning and design. Must know Advanced Scheduler, Timekeeper, Extensions and Analytics. Coordinate work efforts with applicable MIS consultants and organizational personnel. Create training materials and train end-user staff. Document and troubleshoot work involved in systems implementation and maintenance. Act as liaison to all end users. Provide functional or technical supervision of other employees in the same or related classification(s) where supervisory responsibility is limited to occasional direction, guidance, explanation, etc. Act as a Kronos applications expert and assume training responsibilities as needed.
