**Responsibilities:**

2. **Internet Lead Follow-Up:**

- Efficiently manage and respond to internet leads to drive customer engagement.

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to follow up on leads, answer questions, and schedule appointments.

3. **Customer Relationship Management:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth and customer satisfaction.

4. **Commission-Driven Sales:**

- Execute a commission-based pay plan, rewarding you for your dedication and success in converting leads into sales.

- Achieve and exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of Cambridge Truck.

5. **Training and Development:**

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

- Take advantage of resources and tools provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge for success in the role.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-related role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Compensation:**

- Base salary plus commission-based pay plan.
