Our Customer Service Associates assist with any entry level client service requests regarding home internet, and phone service. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, interacting with a wide variety of personalities in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.

    Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:

    • Provide an exceptional customer service experience for all potential clients and customers presenting proper solutions and getting products into customers’ hands
    • Develop and maintain a healthy trustworthy relationship with clients and team members
    • Acquire knowledge of new products, packages, or any new promotions our clients are offering
    • Ability to troubleshoot arising problems on your own while developing efficient solutions
    • Rapidly acquire a thorough understanding of client offerings, report analysis to increase sales margins, competitive advantages, resources, and processes, and articulate them persuasively to current and potential accounts
    • Maintain accurate and updated information on all client accounts
    • Coordinate with fellow Sales Representative team members on creative ways to engage customers, drive satisfaction, and maintain customers
    • Work with internal teams to provide continuous feedback from clients, inclusive of optimization suggestions and recommendations

    Requirements of a Customer Service Associate:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background in client service, sales, or customer service experience
    • Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to take the initiative.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Intelligent, outgoing individual with the ability to problem solve quickly on your feet
    • Confident interacting with clients in a variety of environments from minuscule to substantially large
    • Possess a high level of integrity, accountability, and initiative
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive punctually

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $38,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year

    Shift:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Day shift

    Weekly day range:

    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekends as needed

    Work setting:

    • In-person

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Orlando, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
