Responsible for initial relationship and follow-up with prospects. Develops and executes marketing and sales strategies according to business objectives. The Business Development Officer is responsible for assuring the business customers are aware of the most opportune deposit option made available to them by the Bank. This position must deepen the banking relationship with our existing commercial customers, as well as reach out to new commercial customers to bring in new deposit relationships. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to bank product launches and specials.

Work Schedule:
This position requires 40 hours each week with work typically being accomplished between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Weekend and evening work will occur on an as-needed basis. Frequent travel to other branches and customer locations is expected. Minimal travel to businesses and conferences will occur.
