The Role:

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our market expansion efforts. Your primary goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with local real estate agents, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed their expectations. You are not just a salesperson; you are a key ambassador of our brand and the trusted liaison between our agency and the real estate community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business from real estate professionals within the Northeast Ohio region.

- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing agency clients to ensure continuous business and satisfaction.

- Anticipate the needs of real estate agents and propose tailored title insurance and escrow solutions.

- Organize and participate in local real estate events to network and promote our services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.

- Keep up-to-date with local real estate market trends and competitor activity.

- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the agency in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, escrow, closing processes, or a related field.

- A persistent and growth-focused mindset, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships.

- Outgoing, friendly personality, with a customer-first approach.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel within the Northeast Ohio region.
