As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of the platform. What You'll Do Responsibilities Day to Day Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans and programs (intake to postproduction and iteration) Help educate all team members and stakeholders understand and adhere to department policies, processes, and procedures for all work and requirements Organize, map and prioritize projects across channels and products Accountable for compiling quantitative and qualitative data across application tools to report the health of the team and investment performance Own, create and manage program plans, timeline, talent(s), identify possible risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders Conduct and support planning sessions to drive the digital customer experience vision Governance Contribute to executive and stakeholder reporting Actively identify, manage and raise risks, issues, and changes tied to product development initiatives Maintain detailed records and documentation of project activity and be responsible for developing uniform procedures for storing and keeping appropriate documentation Promote the digital customer experience vision and business goals Find opportunities to embrace scalable innovative technologies and processes What You Have Minimum education, skills and experience required. 5 years of program management experience Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity, advocating for simplification, influencing teams and being able to build your own path to navigate to solutions Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with development, product managers and third parties Comes from a delivery background with a good understanding of software engineering and technologies with a focus on mobile and web Organized, diligent, proactive and passionate about delivery Experience understanding technology solutions at an enterprise-level The Americans with Disabilities Act The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) prohibits discrimination by employers, in compensation and employment opportunities, against qualified individuals with disabilities who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the “essential functions” of a job.
