Position Summary: As our Development Officer you will foster a culture of philanthropy and ensure that fund development is executed in keeping with our values, vision, and mission.
The Development Officer provides leadership and direct support for all development functions. Works closely with our Administrator in the execution of all annual fundraising plans. Provides direction for all campaigns, appeals and events.
The Development Officer will provide the strategic vision necessary to build on the strengths of our philanthropy program while raising awareness of our mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications: The successful applicant should have proven experience as a fundraising and organizational development specialist with experience in a non-profit organization or similar environment. You must be motivated, have the ability to solve complex problems and have a passion for philanthropy.
