Business Development Supervisor identifies, evaluates, and pursues business opportunities with partners or potential customers. Coordinates and negotiates with other departments to implement marketing initiatives. Being a Business Development Supervisor is responsible for maintaining close relationship with existing clients. Acquires new customers, retains and expands existing customer relationships. Additionally, Business Development Supervisor develops sales of products and services by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommends modifications to the product/service line, and coordinates sales negotiations with appropriate personnel. Responsible for meeting sales volume and revenue goals and standards for activity, such as number of sales calls. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance or marketing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Business Development Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Business Development Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Synergy RV Transport is looking for drivers who have their own ¾ ton pick-up truck or larger to haul brand new travel trailers and 5th wheels from the manufacturer to the dealerships from Goshen, Indiana to dealerships all across the lower 48 States and Canada!

Requirements
* MUST be at Least 23 years old
* 6 months verifiable hauling experience (Personal Is ok)
* Valid US Driver’s license CDL A Required to haul 5th wheel campers.
* 2008 or Newer ¾ ton or Larger PICK-UP TRUCK (SORRY NO VANS OR SUVS)Must have a 5th wheel hitch.
* NO Year requirement for Semi Trucks Older than 2000.
* Decent Driving Record (some tickets are ok, No At Fault Accidents in the last 3 years)
* If approved MUST attend our 1 ½ Orientation class in Goshen, Indiana (You will be dispatched after class)
