Joyce Cooling & Heating is looking to hire a Marketing and Business Development Associate, part or full time.

The Marketing and Business Development Associate is responsible for helping create a successful campaign to promote our organization's mission, products, and services. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and oral. The Marketing and Business Development Associate works closely with the owners and has the opportunity to explore a variety of marketing strategies, advertising platforms and promotional tactics.

Responsibilities:

-Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing runs smoothly

-Conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities

-Attending Networking events to promote company

-Visiting job site to create content

-Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)

-Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates

-Assist with organizing promotional events

-Social Media Management

-Website Management

-Email Marketing

-Video Editing

-Content Creation

Requirements and skills

-Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role

-Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques

-Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns

-Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics and Google AdWords

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude

-BS degree in Marketing or relevant field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
