Leadership Team position reporting directly to President with strategic coordination responsibilities between the executive leadership (up to BoD) and the individual product groups within EVC. Will have a key role in defining discretionary investment into existing product lines as well as any new product development investment. This will include leading efforts to establish market definition, define market trends, and development of market penetration strategies. As the Senior Strategic Business Developer for company product lines, position will also be focused on expansion of current customer base, the continued growth of current company product offerings, and the expansion of offerings within all EVC divisions. Position will also be a primary interface to consultants working in support of EVC’s mission. This may include working with existing consultants as well as establishing new consultant relationships when appropriate. Significant contributor to technical design, solutioning and new business development and sales initiatives. Supports business development in new and current technical areas in support of Company growth. Will be responsible for mentoring junior staff.
