As an essential member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Develop both ad-hoc and scheduled reports utilizing various Report design tools such as SSIS, SSRS, SSMS, Power BI, and our ERP report design tools.
    • Take ownership of creating, enhancing, maintaining, and troubleshooting data warehouses.
    • Conduct data extractions, analysis, and transformations as per project requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting requirements to meet business needs effectively.
    • Translate business requirements into precise specifications for the implementation of necessary reports and dashboards, sourced from potentially diverse data sources.
    • Upgrade legacy reports to modern BI solutions.
    • Provide necessary support to ensure the availability and optimal performance of reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Resolve help desk requests promptly, including documentation, knowledge base creation, and maintaining timely communication with customers.
    • Offer technical assistance and cross-training to fellow team members.
    • Deliver training and guidance to users on generating ad-hoc reports.
    • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and standardized processes.
    • Uphold a high level of customer service for all support queries and strictly adhere to service management principles.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training will also be considered.
    • Possess at least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI (or equivalent), including:
      • Engaging with users in a requirements analysis capacity.
      • Extensive experience with data warehouse implementations.
      • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts.
    • Advanced T-SQL proficiency: skilled in creating stored procedures, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries.
    • Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent tools, query performance analysis and improvement.
    • Understanding of data integration issues, including validation, cleaning, and familiarity with complex data structures.
    • Exhibits leadership qualities conducive to mentoring team members and collaborating closely with management.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft software.
