Business Intelligence Director directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions. Being a Business Intelligence Director collaborates with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Makes resource allocation and staffing decisions. Additionally, Business Intelligence Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Intelligence Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Intelligence Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Chelsea Groton is looking to hire a motivated and critical thinking individual for our Business Intelligence Department. The Data Management Specialist is critical to the operational excellence of the Business Intelligence team and the Bank. This individual will play a key role in data reporting, visualization, quality control, and business process improvement. The team member will monitor critical data components and drive data integrity through error reporting, trending, and collaborative educational efforts.     Job expectations include:

    • Design and maintain data reports, analysis, and visualizations using various applications including Crystal reports.
    • Provide oversight to the Bank's data visualization tools. Spearhead the onboarding of Power BI across the organization.
    • Track, trend, and report on data quality metrics. Contribute to the development of educational and remediation sessions on data integrity.
    • Collaborate with department teams to document data usage processes and procedures.
    • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning for new data applications and integrations between existing data platforms.
