Business Intelligence Director directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions. Being a Business Intelligence Director collaborates with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Makes resource allocation and staffing decisions. Additionally, Business Intelligence Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Intelligence Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Intelligence Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Das FBI (Finance Business Intelligence Center of Competence) ist ein junges, agiles und interdisziplinäres Team mit einer gemeinsamen Vision: „We take business decision-making at Bosch to the next level“.     • Werde Teil eines jungen und innovativen Teams und treibe die Digitalisierung des Finance & Controlling Bereichs bei Bosch global voran.
    • Arbeite eng mit Entscheidungsträgern zusammen und unterstütze das agile Team bei der Weiterentwicklung neuer oder bestehender PowerBI Dashboards
    • Vertiefe deine vorhandenen BI Kenntnisse und sammle durch den regelmäßigen Austausch mit anderen Entwicklern und UX Experten neue Erfahrungen.
    • Vereine deine technischen Fachkenntnisse mit spannender Praxiserfahrung und nutze die Chance, deine vorhandenen Skills aktiv ins Team einzubringen.

    Qualifikationen

    • Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts)-Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
    • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: teamfähig, engagiert, verantwortungsbewusst, unternehmerisch denkend, kreativ, strukturiert, eigeninitiativ, ergebnisorientiert und lösungsorientiert
    • Erfahrungen und Know-How: erste Erfahrungen mit Microsoft BI Produkten (MS SQL, MS PowerBI) und im Finance & Controlling Bereich wünschenswert sowie Vorpraktika im Bereich BI und Analytics von Vorteil
    • Begeisterung: Spaß an der technischen Umsetzung von innovativen Ideen
      Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
