ProSight is looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join their Data Management team. The ideal candidate will provide expert-level data analysis and reporting utilizing ProSight’s technology stack. The candidate will be responsible for the creation of reports and dashboards that facilitate data analysis within and across multiple areas of the organization.
The BI Developer will be responsible for validating business requirements, identifying and documenting data sources, providing data mappings and rules, defining standards for data and report delivery, and working with project teams to implement solutions. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with practical experience in understanding and communicating information. The candidate must be motivated to provide timely results that meet business objectives while working well with other technical disciplines.
The BI Developer will also work with other members of the Data Management team to optimize SQL statements and related data manipulation code, and establish data processing design patterns. The successful candidate will help solve data access and processing issues and come up with ideas and solutions that can help avoid such problems in the future. The candidate must have experience working with a BI Tool (preferably Tableau), strong SQL skills, and experience with other Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS).
