    THE ROLE

    Our Data Cloud group takes an innovative approach to help marketers identify insights and new opportunities, solve complex business problems, develop data visualizations and dashboards, size audiences/segments for targeting, as well as test and measure the incremental impact of initiatives. Beginning with CRM, but expanding into Activation clients, the role will help evangelize Intelligence team tools, dashboards and overall capabilities across all of Zeta's business units as well as partner with internal teams, including client services and sales, to identify new expand/extend opportunities. In addition, the Director, Intelligence Business Partner will work closely with internal stakeholders across operations, product, engineering and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap, onboarding activities as well as support the development of related marketing, training and sales content.

    The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of sales (internal and external), analytical and marketing/media expertise together with the aptitude to think tactically and execute both as an independent contributor and part of a larger team. This role requires inter-personal skills and the ability to build relationships as well as convey complex concepts in a concise, easy-to-understand manner across stakeholders at various levels and disciplines.

    A day in the life…

    • Understand the full suite of tools and capabilities and partner with client teams teams to identify/prioritize opportunities for client growth and expansion
    • Support opportunity assessment for existing client base – focusing on CRM clients, but ability to expand into Activation and paid media relationships
    • Assist with client discovery for key business problems and align to a suite of Intelligence capabilities that will help grow business and create stickier relationships
    • Assist Zeta teams to become the "first call" for client strategic business questions
    • Analyze existing toolset for expansion of capabilities across other clients and partner with client teams for implementation roadmap; work with client teams to identify common themes across client base for synergies and applications of one-off initiatives that can be scales/applied to other clients
    • Partner with internal stakeholders on innovative ideas to drive interest and demand, as well as generate marketing & PR support for the company to help support with case studies, thought leadership and content that can improve opportunity pipeline and close rates
    • Provide feedback to the Intelligence team and overall Data Cloud for new, scalable solutions based on internal team and client feedback
    • Ensure seamless integration with client workflow and drive utilization of solutions
    • Support client presentations and deliverables; working primarily with key CRM stakeholders across account, client partnerships, analytics and strategy teams, but ability to expand to related Activation client base
    • Evaluate client needs to match to appropriate Intelligence solutions that can generate expansion opportunities as well as advocate for the solution among competing priorities
    • Active participation in internal training for capabilities to improve adoption
    • Maintain and deliver against KPIs for product adoption and revenue expansion

    The Ideal candidate will have…

    • 5 years of experience in a data-driven strategic role with a focus on strategic selling of Intelligence solutions
    • A complete and comprehensive understanding of BI tools, data visualization, data science, general marketing, digital media and CRM, as well as analytics and business intelligence. This professional will exhibit superior sales, consulting and solution development expertise
    • Proven success selling data-driven solutions combining analytical/strategic skills with the ability to think tactically for actionability
    • A positive and confident demeanor and can effectively delegate in high-pressure situations
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across a variety of clients and internal stakeholders

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of data-driven strategic consulting, planning or client leadership experience, with focus on sales and revenue generation
    • Marketing (Digital, Integrated, CRM, etc.) experience required; emphasis to knowledge and experience in paid media strategies as well as owned channels such as CRM email, SMS and direct mail
    • Understanding of advanced analytics, BI/data visualization and modeling is a plus
    • Deep understanding and experience with a CDP, ESP and DSP is a plus
    • Champion of a high agency mindset with outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to operate independently
    • Comfortable making critical decisions with limited information
    • Handles pressure well in a dynamic environment
    • Enjoys tackling challenges with a creative mindset
    • Works well with a diverse set of stakeholders across an organization

    COMPENSATION RANGE

    The compensation range for this role is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00, depending on location and experience.
