Position Description:
The RPWS Participant Experience team delivers a differentiated and personalized experience that helps our participants live their best financial lives. The team accomplishes this mission by driving participant awareness and adoption of their plan benefits, providing personalized education and guidance in the ‘moment that matter’ and deliver service and support that meets the participant where they are at. The Line of Business team collaborates with RPWS and Line of Business Partners to innovate and deliver the participant experience.
Job Responsibilities
Apply consistent process to lead and coordinate all activities associated with creating and deploying pointed processes, communications, training, content and messaging that supports internal readiness pre and post launch
Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences to include executives, line of business partners, operations, technology, and peers
Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving participant base
Overseeing a portfolio of projects
Report, facilitate and/or lead all phases of project lifecycle
Requirements
5 years’ overall professional experience; relevant experience in the MLWM, CI and/or Retirement business strongly preferred
Knowledge of retirement space and products solutions (e.g., Defined Contribution, Equity, Individual Plans Retirement
Accounts, Non-Qualified Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Health Benefit Solutions)
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency – ability to create and deliver executive level presentations
Prior experience implementing strategic projects, change initiatives and business case/requirement development/analysis
Capability to develop and manage strong relationships with the business segments, GCOR and Control Partners, ensuring
partnership on all deliverables
Understanding of an operations environment and high level awareness of RPWS, Consumer Investments and Wealth
Management processes
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
Reporting and Business Intelligence tool familiarity
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks with overlapping deliverable dates
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
