Business Intelligence Director directs a business intelligence group centered on providing insight and aiding in business decision-making. Oversees the planning of projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative or qualitative analyses addressing impactful business issues or questions. Being a Business Intelligence Director collaborates with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives, and ensures that business intelligence analysts have the tools, training, and understanding of the field to produce effective dashboards, reports, and metrics. Makes resource allocation and staffing decisions. Additionally, Business Intelligence Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Intelligence Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Business Intelligence Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Director of Business Development (East Coast)

  • What You'll Be Doing:

    • Research and identify sales targets within assigned territory
    • Consistently network and outreach to accounts and sales targets
    • Use consultative sales approach to identify customers needs and potential barriers
    • Work with management to formulate short and long-term sales action plans
    • Maintain necessary sales reports and sales logs required by management
    • Maintain reports of all sales calls, referral contacts, accounts and competitor files
    • Conducts, participates and attends educational meetings and seminars
    • Travels frequently, often on short trips
    • Assist Governing Body with decisions of advertising, relationship building and networking to help True Rx obtain new clients
    • Acts as a liaison between the company and the HR personnel with our clients.
    • Assumes full responsibility for his/her own actions, professional skills, and attitude
    • Performs additional duties as assigned by management

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or four to ten years related experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3 Years of outside B2B or medical sales experience
    • Proven track record of sales success
    • Proficienct use of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
    • Ability to travel as needed

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous PBM insurance sales experience
    • PBM industry knowledge and/ or relationships
