Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define business requirements for novel metrics and reports.

- Apply analytical and strategic skills to support business intelligence activities.

- Oversee multiple systems to ensure efficiency.

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft O365 tools.

- Create ad hoc reports for stakeholders across multiple departments to understand and analyze issues.

- Ensure successful delivery of all BI reports.

- Monitor and refine reports on a regular basis.

- Provide technical support for existing reports and other tools.

- Translate data results into comprehensible written reports, graphs, and tables.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

- Experience in backend application development.

- Familiar with .Net, Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSAS

- Experience with ERP solutions integration.
