**THIS IS A HYBRID WORK OPPORTUNITY** Robert Half is currently seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join the IT department of our client's team. This position is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity ONLY!! You will act as a liaison for the Business Intelligence area, supporting company-wide needs and business objectives. The successful candidate will oversee multiple systems to ensure the strategic delivery of BI reports . The analyst leverages data to gain key insight into business opportunities, and effectively presents these insights to other business units. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to define and document business requirements.
• Define and document requirements for new metrics and reports.
• Design, develop, and update reports using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft O365 tools.
• Identify and resolve errors and inconsistencies in the data.
• Effectively communicate and present strategic insights and findings.
• Teach and advocate the use of business intelligence tools across the organization.
• Assist in data architecture to support strategic vision.
