The Waldinger Corporation is looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing organization! This energetic self-starter will assist in the design, development and execution of our Enterprise Applications including managing data, report design, dashboard development and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data systems while documenting data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies
• Develop reusable processes and queries for extracting information from data sources
• Ad-Hoc data pulls to help support users
• Build detailed reports using reporting tools
• Design, develop and implement BI dashboards
• Work with business units to define project requirements
• Write procedures and technical documentation
• Provide feedback on testing and analysis
• Other tasks as assigned by IT Managers

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance or Statistics is preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in analytics, construction industry
• Experience in SQL, T-SQL or PL/SQL
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with teams
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge and experience of statistical software(R and/or Python) preferred
• Experience with data visualization tools(SSRS, Crystal, Tableau)
