The Business Intelligence (BI) Success Manager plays a pivotal role in educating and training our employees on the effective use of Power BI and related business intelligence functions. Your goal is to teach employees how to leverage BI to perform their functions more effectively. You'll design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and content tailored to various skill levels within the organization, ensuring that our teams are proficient in leveraging data visualization, analysis, and reporting capabilities offered by BI. In addition, you will manage the company's BI User Community to promote engagement and collaboration between departments. As the ideal candidate, you have a passion for teaching and sharing your knowledge and skills with others.
Requirements:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science) preferred.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field.
· Experience in developing and delivering training content, preferably in a corporate setting.
· Proven experience in writing long form content with examples.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
· Strong time management skills.
· Profound understanding and hands-on experience in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, Power Query, and building reports.
· Profound understanding and hands-on experience in Excel especially with integrations to Power BI.
· Intermediate experience in SQL.
· The following are not required but will be strongly considered an advantage:
o Certifications in Power BI or related areas
o Experience using Snowflake data platform
o Understanding of Property and Casualty insurance
