What You Will Get To Do:

• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Interact with sales, marketing, and customer service to develop a consensus and forecast event drivers across categories and customers
• Provide regular and ad-hoc analyses (in-month projections, anticipated account inventory buy-downs, margin enhancement buy in’s) to gain endorsement to the forecast at the Customer/Brand level, with a focus on Regular Flow Business, Promotions, and New Product Launches
• Use and maintain Demantra Demand Management and Salesforce as the primary forecasting system tools
• Maintain metrics/scorecards on KPI’s, including forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turns, and excess & obsolete inventory
• Interact with vendors regarding planning strategies
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain and building reports within business intelligence software, Power BI highly preferred
• College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, forecasting tools, business intelligence tools, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills and experience in Demantra, Salesforce, Power BI, and Oracle preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization
