Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate resident records, ensuring timely updates of rents, deposits, and application fees received from both residents and prospects on a daily basis.
2. Issue appropriate notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, and other related matters.
3. Make daily bank deposits to ensure timely and accurate income collection.
4. Build and nurture positive relationships with prospects and residents, fostering a strong rapport.
5. Conduct inspections of models, vacant units, and common areas to ensure their proper upkeep and presentation.
6. Coordinate with residents on a monthly basis for lease renewals, ensuring smooth transitions.
7. Perform various leasing functions, such as answering incoming calls, scheduling property tours, greeting prospects, conducting tours of model apartments, and initiating follow-up communications.
8. Assist in completing monthly competitive market surveys to stay informed about the local real estate landscape.
9. Aid in accepting work order requests, including inputting them into the work order system and communicating with maintenance personnel.
10. Maintain accurate records of move-ins, move-outs, unit availability, and unit status.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. At least 2 years of experience in the Multi-Family industry.
2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and possessing strong communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems.
4. Experience with OneSite software is desired.
