The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Bulk Commodity Strategic Sourcing Plans and supplier management for all Nevada Gold Mines sites. Works collaboratively with site Supply Managers and key stakeholders to align sourcing strategy with mine plans and budgets. Responsible for implementation, continuous improvement and execution of Nevada Gold Mines purchasing strategy, policies and guidelines to drive shared goals and objectives across the entire Supply Chain. Communicates purchasing vision and builds strong working relationships internally with peers at sites and region and externally with suppliers. Enhances Nevada Gold Mines overall purchasing capability through continuous improvement and development of the organization. Supports the team in identifying and capturing new site spend areas to add value and drive cost savings.
