The business intelligence developer (BID) must be able to translate the business needs of the customer, engage in discussion to better understand why the need for data exists and employ technical tools to create data-driven solutions. The L3 BID will provide consultative services in response to service requests and ensure email requests are likewise represented. The L3 BID will facilitate use of these solutions to help change/measure/drive key business processes and key coordinated, clinical initiatives. They will develop interactive data solutions to drive improvement. The L3 BID will foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients typically representing several departments on an enterprise. The L3 BID will communicate with a wide customer base, ranging from unit managers to executives, while gathering information from several sources and analyzing and summarizing the information to help draw conclusions.
