The primary functions of the Business Intelligence Analyst include but are not limited to, servicing data requests from stakeholders, managing internal and external (customer) reporting in the Microsoft Power BI and Excel environments, providing database support, and developing/implementing cross-functional process improvement updates to tools and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor KPI’s and other metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and evaluation of current workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or similar discipline.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience working in end-user support and reporting
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office/Office 365 environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge and experience of Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or other data analytics platforms is a plus.
