Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

• Proven track record (3-5 years) of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions
• At least 2-3 years experience delivering AI-enabled solutions (Machine Learning, General AI, or Generative AI)
• At least 5-7 years proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python
• At least 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Azure (OpenAI, Cosmos DB, API Manager, App Insights, Cognitive Search)
• At least 3-5 years experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI)
• Experience with LLMs (GPT 3.5, GPT 4)
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Good organization skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently while achieving deadlines and effectively communicating project status.
• Effective oral and written communication skills including technical documentation and training materials
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals.
  

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

• The Senior IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
• The Lead IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of relevant job related experience
• The Principal IT Specialist level requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of relevant job related experience.
