Role Overview
As the first hire within Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and supporting the effective utilization of Aura's workforce analytics platform. You will report to Aura’s Head of Product and work cross-functionally to perform, communicate, and automate mission-critical analyses that inform business strategy, promote growth, and ensure client success.
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to-person for Analytics within Aura, committed to excellence and coaching other team members
- Develop a deep understanding of Aura's clients' businesses, challenges, and goals to tailor data analyses to their specific requirements
- Perform prototype analyses for customers and drive their automation by working closely with product
- Inform critical management discussions by defining, socializing and delivering the appropriate set of metrics for each business question
- Collaborate with the customer success team to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and process optimization through data-driven insights
- Monitor and analyze client usage data, identifying areas for optimization and recommending data-driven best practices to drive adoption
- Support client renewals and upsell opportunities by demonstrating the platform's ongoing value through data-driven insights and analyses
