Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a full- time Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Specialist to join the Risk & Compliance Department. The FIU Specialist will deliver a World Class Experience by monitoring and reporting on day-to-day compliance issues with the federal Bank Secrecy Act laws and regulations, FDIC directives, and adhere to established internal policies and procedures for Anti-Money Laundering and BSA compliance. Secondary duties include reviewing fraud reports and assisting the Fraud Department in other fraud-related tasks.
