Marsh McLennan Agency’s Northwest region is looking for an intellectual and autonomous claim professional to join our Claim Advocacy team. Our ideal candidate will proactively manage moderately complex commercial claims, including litigated claims, in accordance with process and procedures. The Claims Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, management and insurance carriers as necessary to facilitate claim resolution. You will be part of a team that strives to ensure appropriate claim outcomes are achieved for our clients with a focus on service excellence.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. The salary range for this position is $56,400-$105,400/year. Additionally, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives, annual profit sharing and a benefits package that includes paid paternity/maternity leave, medical leave, 401K savings and other wellbeing programs. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
