You will be part of a team that strives to ensure appropriate claim outcomes are achieved for our clients with a focus on service excellence.

Our ideal candidate is hungry, humble and smart- they don’t stop short of excellence and are driven to do what’s best for their clients, colleagues, and communities.

    Responsibilities

    • Leverage your insurance and claims experience to serve as a claims and client advocate, ensuring proper claims resolution. Act as a technical referral point, providing guidance, coaching and mentoring.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist clients with claim counseling as needed by facilitating the flow of information and responding appropriately to communication and inquiries. Attend any client meetings and visits when required.
    • Maintain positive relationships with insurance carriers (management, adjusters) and clients (internal and external) through effective communication.
    • Manage, administer and continually enhance periodic claim team reviews for select clients. Occasionally handle “on call” claim team inquiries to service clients’ immediate needs.

    • Participate in claim team educational offerings to colleagues and develop content as assigned.
    • Plus (the fine print): you’ll follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows. You’ll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You’ll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.

    Qualifications

    •
    • You’re an experienced and skilled insurance professional adept at leveraging your knowledge to advocate for your clients in complex claims situations. • You’re a team player. You maintain positive relationships with your colleagues—and you enjoy it.

    • You love to learn. You’re earnest about improving and pursuing professional development.
    • You can adapt—because our industry changes constantly and so do the needs of our clients. You’re good at staying on your toes.
    • You embrace our core values: accountability, balance, excellence, integrity, respect and humanity.

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Don't be shy. If you're close, we'd be very interested in meeting you.
