    • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including correspondence, and reports.
    • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
    • Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring an efficient and well-maintained work environment.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proficiency in using business software and office management tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Assist the Executive Director in meeting and administrative needs of the community in accordance with current and federal, state and local standards.

    Requirements:

    • One years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
    • Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques
    • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to multi-task.
