Skilled Nursing Facility in search of a Business Office Manager.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility. We are looking for someone with HMO, and case management experience who can coordinate the various support services and personnel needed to ensure that an office runs smoothly. The following list of responsibilities include but not limited to:
· supervising the daily functions of the office
· checking in on the housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff to certify they are meeting the needs of the facility
· oversee the receptionist in their daily activities
· be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure services are delivered
· be able to take in new information from upper management and convey that information down the chain of command
· observe the resident population and report any concerns to the appropriate department
