  • Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. Duties: - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department - Develop and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient document organization and retrieval - Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new employees, as well as ongoing professional development opportunities for existing staff - Maintain phone systems and ensure proper functionality - Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise - Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees - Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Assist with schedule management, including coordinating appointments and meetings - Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a related field - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
