Business Office Manager - Healthcare oversees day to day activities of one or more functions within a hospital's business office. Responsible for admitting and registration, patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations, and/or preparation of insurance claims. Being a Business Office Manager - Healthcare ensures activities comply with hospital standards and government regulations. May also be responsible for the patient admitting function. Additionally, Business Office Manager - Healthcare generates budgets, financial statements, and various reports. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. The Business Office Manager - Healthcare manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Business Office Manager - Healthcare typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Role and Responsibilities

    The role of Administrative Office Support will be focused on promoting efficient workflow, maintaining accurate records, and installing and training others on machines.

    • Promote good office workflow, direction, and timetables for set-ups and deliveries to be completed
    • Maintain accurate and detailed inventory records
    • Handle Coffee Inventory, Counting, Stocking and Shipping.
    • Complete accurate and detailed work despite frequent interruptions
    • Coordinate and direct schedules in collaboration with Service team
    • Learn and retain product information for the numerous products A&B sells
    • Receive freight, track inventory, and manage supplies warehouse
    • Greet customers and maintain pleasant and tidy office area/showroom
    • Provide general office support for Sales and Service teams including maintenance of office calendar, obtaining office supplies, fleet management, scheduling building maintenance, and other duties as required
