    This position joins a statewide eligibility workflow team in local Public Assistance offices across the state. The work location is 2030 Sea Level Dr, Suite 301 in Ketchikan.     Minimum Qualifications

    Any combination of education and/or experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities in

    • Public assistance programs and subprograms' rules and regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures and applying knowledge to the most difficult caseload situations; and/or
    • Personnel and office management principles and the practices and techniques of supervision, including those of directing, evaluating, and training staff
    equivalent to those typically gained by:

    Progressively responsible experience in a public assistance program and/or training or experience supervising, leading, or otherwise planning, controlling, and directing the work of others to achieve the goals of the office or organization.

    Special Note:
    "Progressively responsible" means indicating growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
