Business Office Manager Responsibilities:
Assure accurate entry of client information, record and tie out census.
Identify accounts that are aging and work with Corporate Billing Office for collections.
Communicate with residents and their families regarding their bills and outstanding obligations.
Process Medicaid enrollments and recertifications.
Assist residents and families with SSI, SSD and VA benefit applications.
Support the facility with resident’s trust activity for banking purposes.
Record deposits.
Keep proper and accurate records, as well as analyze data and implement solutions.
Business Office Manager Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-year experience with Aging’s and Medicaid application process.
