Additionally, Business Office Supervisor- Healthcare typically reports to a manager. The Business Office Supervisor- Healthcare supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.     • Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
    • Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
    • Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques.
    • Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Proven ability to multi-task.
