Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leverage our tools and training programs as well as ongoing development opportunities to become an expert on our products and services.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and other documentation to send to potential clients and homeowners.
- Connect with clients and homeowners, consulting them on our products and services, and consulting them on which options will best meet their needs.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the industry.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Meet or exceed planned targets.
- Embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Technical aptitude along with computer hardware, software, solutions and/or network knowledge.
- Experience communicating with decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of Enerflo or other CRM.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Passion and ability to learn about products and services quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid listening and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and goal-oriented.
Training Pay:
To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
