Bookkeeper Wanted: Join Our Team at Process Me!

Process Me is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team! As a crucial member of our financial department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Maintain accurate general ledger records
• Generate financial reports
• Assist with tax preparation (optional, depending on your needs)
• Stay up-to-date on accounting best practices
• May also include additional responsibilities related to the position

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proven experience with accounting software (e.g.QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
