Description

SAIC is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL to support the USINDOPACOM J73 Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) to identify processes from system administration and network operations to create document and stand operating procedures (SOPs).

NOTE: This position does require occasional travel to Hawaii.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Document J73 processes and procedures for supporting USINDOPACOM training events and exercises
• Document IT event support, IT service desk, logistics, network operations
• Research and develop improved business processes and procedures
• Conduct and participate in MS Teams meetings
• Conduct focus meetings to support process and procedure documentation
• Conduct staff coordination via email, MS Teams, written products
• Validate existing processes are clear and accurate
• Support development of business process analytics and performance measures

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s and five (5) years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Experience documenting processes and procedures (SOPs)
• Experience holding focus groups to identify business processes
• Knowledge of IT system administration and network operations
• Demonstrated skill using MS Word for developing SOPs, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio to develop presentations, processes, and procedures
