Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Process Optimization to join our dynamic team The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the optimization of our business processes to drive efficiency productivity and overall performance As the Director of Business Process Optimization you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities develop strategies and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• aligned with the company's strategic goals
Identify analyze and evaluate existing business processes systems
• and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives scope
• and deliverables for process optimization initiatives
Lead a team of process improvement professionals providing guidance mentorship
• and support to ensure successful project execution
• Implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across the organization
Conduct thorough process assessments mapping
• and gap analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing efficiency
Design document and implement optimized business processes
• ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress measure success
• and identify areas for further improvement
• Collaborate with systems team to leverage technology and automation solutions for process optimization
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices emerging trends
• and technologies related to business process optimization

Qualifications:

• A Master's degree is preferred
Proven experience in business process optimization
• preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines
• and deliver results
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proficient in process mapping
• Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation
Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset
