Job Description:

• Build client base;
• Acquire new clients on an ongoing basis;
• Contact clients periodically to determine if there have been changes in their financial status;
• Provide knowledgeable financial guidance by offering personalized loan solutions, including business loans and mortgages, among other financial products, to meet the unique needs of each client;
• Advisors at Eazzy start by building their own customer base with help from our training. In the beginning, it's all about making sales. We're looking for people who are excited about selling and eager to grow their own business, just like an entrepreneur.

Skills & Experience:

• Suitable for entry-level candidates or those seeking a career change;
• Strong communication skills;
• Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred (languages of interest: Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Spanish);
• Interest in sales/marketing/entrepreneurship;
• Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter;
• We provide comprehensive training programs, so finance experience is not required;

Work Authorization:

• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer;
• We accept CPT, OPT, and H1B.

Job Type:

• Full-time;
• Compensation is based on commission only;
• This is an in-person role, and candidates must be able to commute to our Flushing, NY office.
