Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary: Supports the assigned team’s education efforts, sponsor activities and provides customer issue resolution. This position is also responsible for the office administration of assigned team. Profile Description: Order and maintain education material, literature and current prospectus inventory for field office. Manage new business installation processes. Provide service & dedicated support to plan sponsor, documenting activities . Manage scheduling, survey, and webinar software to accommodate education for individual participants Promote education offerings to participants, managers, and department heads; work closely with Senior Marketing Specialist to develop outreach strategies Ensure reporting to plan sponsor Monitor and track team members’ goals to ensure quarterly goals are met Plan, execute, and oversee large client events Office administration: handle branch-related functions including incoming phone calls, office mail; order and maintain office supplies. Represent field office as liaison for building management and coordinates parking, access cards, security, etc. and crisis coordination responsibilities for field office Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2-4 years experience within the financial services industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates #LI-NV1 Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $47,810 - $59,760 USD Be Well. Stay Well.
