Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving sales through all lines of business with an added emphasis on increasing Life and Commercial sales. As an Agency Business Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and elevating the sales performance of both new and seasoned agency owners across the District. Your expertise will be instrumental in refining sales techniques, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with agency owners to identify strengths and areas for improvement in all lines of sales strategies.
• Develop and deliver training programs tailored to improve personal lines, life insurance, and commercial sales, ensuring they align with industry best practices and market trends.
• Achieve annual district sales targets determined by the company.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their sales targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to create customized sales development plans for agency owners, setting clear and achievable goals.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations, market trends, and emerging sales techniques to continuously enhance coaching strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in insurance sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Previous experience in coaching, training, or mentoring within the insurance (or similar) industry.
• Deep understanding of personal lines, life insurance, and commercial insurance, including policies, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive sales performance improvements.
