ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

30 days and ongoing:

• Learns Puget Systems’ services, processes, procedures, and purpose as well as its customers and its position in the industry and attends new hire orientation and engages with meet-and-greets with all departments.
• Completes prerequisite training for new hires through the Learning Management System (LMS), has a basic understanding of our proprietary Order Interface, acquires skills in phone etiquette, and gains proficiency in scheduling Zoom or virtual meetings.
• Learns to process various orders including purchase orders, credit card, check, and ACH or WIRE payment orders, learns to generate and review quotes.
• By 30 days, has acquired a baseline understanding of the role and has shadowed each consultant to learn tips and tricks from each team member.
• By 45 days, completes new hire training.
• By 60 days, demonstrates independence and reviews are no longer required.

3 months and ongoing:

• Handles and processes various order types (i.e. build orders, tax-exempt orders, vendor portal orders, freight orders, etc.) and acquires knowledge of various shipping processes.
• Develops expertise in creating HubSpot templates and snippets, merging HubSpot contacts, advancing deals through deal stages, and managing email requests and inquiries for quotes from unregistered customers.
• Learns to merge Dialpad contacts and is proficient in logging calls.
• Shows advanced understanding of our Order Interface.
• Gains understanding of the net terms onboarding process and supports customers for in-person pick-ups.

6-12 months and ongoing:

• Provides backup support to fellow consultants and participates in consultant meetings to address change requests, discuss sales goals, and engage in conversations about trending topics.
• Contributes to monthly team meetings, participating in the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engaging in discussions about additions or removals.
• Initiates and leads special projects, moves deals through deal stages, and is proficient in processing orders.
• Utilizes sequences in HubSpot for effective communication, conducts reviews of call logs and order details, and conducts customer follow-ups within a day and notes are properly updated.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Highly organized and detail oriented required
• Familiarity with latest technology and trends required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required
• 1 years of customer service experience preferred
• CRM experience (particularly with HubSpot) preferred
• Calm demeanor and patient in high-pressure environments preferred
• Willing and able to learn new skills preferred
• Familiar with standard shipping methods via UPS and FedEx as well as freight shipping a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) a plus

COMPENSATION & COMPANY BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Working hours - 8 hours / weekday between 7:00 am- 5:00 pm

The compensation range is $21.00 - $26.00 (hourly), based on skillset and experience level
