Description

Circinus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager / Business Process Analyst to lead the design, development, operations, and maintenance of customer’s Knowledge Management Environment (KME). This crucial role will oversee the transition from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online (SPO) while ensuring seamless operations and alignment with customer needs. We are looking for a seasoned professional responsible for driving business process improvements and facilitating the successful implementation of technology solutions within the Customer’s organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyzing existing processes, and designing effective systems solutions. Will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to the Knowledge Management team.

• Lead  project planning and execution. Develop, track, and adjust project plans to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee SharePoint 2016 and SPO Transition. Manage migration and coordinate technical configurations.
• Manage operations and maintenance: Ensure system availability and implement  security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support: Collaborate with technical teams and contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into specifications.
• Assess business process design and integrate with technology.
• Create visual representations of business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote collaborative capabilities within SharePoint.
• Contribute to internal business processes for SharePoint customization and lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Requires ACTIVE Secret level clearance
• Bachelor’s  degree in information technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a SharePoint or Knowledge Management environment.
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with workflow automation and business process automation systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Node.js, and Metalogix is preferred.
• Excellent  communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
