Business Process Systems Consultant, Sr. jobs in Saginaw, MI

Summary: Assists in the plant process development to improve plant's overall equipment efficiency, environment and costs by performing the following duties personally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures that the plant is kept abreast and current with technological changes in process methods and equipment.

Provides input into the plant's business plan and budget.

Troubleshoots process problems.

Ensures equipment efficiency by performing routine equipment and process audits.

Assists in identifying and implementing of projects that improve overall equipment efficiency and/or reduce plant operating costs.

Optimizes process efficiency for the medium and long term; including fuels, power and raw materials optimization and specification.

Serves as a role model in the areas of leadership, teamwork, customer focus, continuous improvement, safety and environment to ensure alignment with the company's vision and plant goals.

Has a dual role, works with other plants in related process engineering responsibilities as assigned.
