  • We are looking for a Director of IT Systems Analysis to join our team! The individual in this key position will lead information technology application development and production team of the organization serving as an integral partner and member of IT Management team, implement and support Information Technology strategy and systems to support and strengthen Easterseals. As a Director of IT Systems Analysis, you will direct and manage the analysis, design, and troubleshooting of Easterseals information technology systems and processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, design policies and procedures to evaluate and design new IT systems or enhance existing systems to integrate with current and future needs. Additional responsibilities include:  Establish and oversee appropriate application environments and technology infrastructure to build, test and support software applications. Implement IT strategic plans, objectives, budgets, procedures and policies aligned with ES goals. Facilitate ongoing communication and partnership with programs to understand and satisfactorily deliver solutions which are responsive to needs and future growth objectives. Collaborates and consults with users to understand operating procedures, problem areas, plans, and requirements to develop effective IT solutions. Plans, coordinates, and supervises all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the organization's applications development and analysis function. Responsible for developing, distributing, supporting, enforcing, and integrating best practices and technology standards across the organization. Implement project management process/guidelines. Reviews and evaluates models and utilizes analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts, and diagrams. Lead projects as both Project Manager and Business Analyst. Designs projects by defining project scopes and timelines, budgeting costs, managing vendors, and allocating resources. Oversee new projects, ongoing enhancements and changes to existing systems and software. Identify and assess current and emerging information and computing technologies for feasibility, costs and possible integration within organization. Advise and make recommendations to Senior VP of IT on new systems and enhancements, preparing budgets, cost-benefit analysis. Assist Senior VP of IT in IT Strategic Planning activities including goal setting and measurement process. Direct and manage IT systems staff, establish performance goals, training and development plans as required. Oversee and ensure security and safeguards for Information systems. Qualifications: BS/BA in computer science, information systems, business, healthcare or related required Familiarity with non-profit, human services/rehabilitation organization desirable 5 years of experience managing/supervising an IT team 10 years’ experience in leading and managing application development and production information systems Demonstrated success in planning and accomplishing goals Strong project management and business analysis with IT systems Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, best practices, and procedures. Technology experience – MS SQL, .Net, ASP.net, C#, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, Visual Studio Experience building and supporting Data Warehouse,enterprise reporting tools, and electronic health records systems Excellent communication skills related to instructional and management presentations Comfortable with a variety of audiences in varying levels of IS/IT literacy Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: Starting $95,000 annually Hours: This is a full-time, exempt-level position.
